Before we start, we run simple prep sessions to show you:

Then you build.
You’ll create an AI solution that tackles a real city-level problem, from improving public services to building smarter infrastructure. These aren’t abstract exercises. They’re grounded in real public-sector challenges.
You might build:
A chatbot that helps residents find city services in seconds
A live dashboard tracking job and hiring trends in a local economy
A tool that blends public safety data with real-time reporting
A smarter way to analyze housing or infrastructure patterns
Something real you can point to and say: “I built this.”
You can join solo or form a team (up to 5 people). If you don’t have a team, we’ll help you find one. Everything happens online, so you can participate from anywhere.
