OpenAI just dropped a sneak peek of their brand-new AI model series, OpenAI o1.

These upgraded models are designed to take more time thinking before answering, making them even better at handling complex tasks, tough problems, and advanced topics like science, coding, and math.

Starting today, OpenAI o1 is available in ChatGPT for all Plus and Team users, and for developers using the API on Tier 5.

SpaceX's Starship Grounded Until November for Safety Upgrades

SpaceX's Starship program has been grounded by the FAA until at least November.

This delay stems from safety concerns following previous test flights and requires SpaceX to make 63 corrective actions, including hardware redesigns and increased safety measures.

The FAA is also consulting with environmental agencies, particularly regarding potential effects on marine life and the impact of sonic booms.

SpaceX is working to address these issues but has expressed frustration over the extended timeline and regulatory challenges

The tool works by predicting what 3D blocks should come next in a scene, similar to how language models predict the next word in a sentence.

However, with limited 3D data, Roblox is using two AI models: one to create the 3D world and another to check if the design makes sense.

This tool will save a lot of time compared to creating these environments manually and will make it easier for people who don’t have a lot of 3D design skills.
